WWE

WWE is the largest wrestling promotion in the world and the easiest to access. Since the Netflix deal in 2025, WWE's distribution has shifted significantly.

Weekly Shows

  • Monday Night Raw — Netflix (live, Mondays 8 PM ET)
  • Friday Night SmackDown — USA Network (live, Fridays 8 PM ET)
  • NXT — The CW (live, Tuesdays 8 PM ET). WWE's developmental brand featuring the next generation of stars.

Premium Live Events (PPVs)

Major events like WrestleMania, SummerSlam, Royal Rumble, and Survivor Series stream on Peacock (in the US) or Netflix (internationally). WWE typically runs one major event per month.

On-Demand Library

Peacock houses WWE's massive archive of past events, documentaries, and original shows. This includes every WrestleMania, classic pay-per-views, and the entire WWE Network library.

AEW (All Elite Wrestling)

AEW launched in 2019 and quickly became WWE's primary competitor, offering a more wrestling-focused product with creative freedom for its performers.

Weekly Shows

  • AEW Dynamite — TBS (live, Wednesdays 8 PM ET). The flagship show.
  • AEW Collision — TNT (live, Saturdays 8 PM ET). The secondary show with its own storylines.
  • AEW Rampage — TNT (Fridays 10 PM ET). A one-hour show featuring shorter matches and segments.

PPV Events

AEW runs four to five major pay-per-views per year: Revolution, Double or Nothing, All In (held in London), All Out, and Full Gear. Available on traditional PPV providers and Bleacher Report.

TNA Wrestling

TNA (formerly Impact Wrestling) has a loyal following and has experienced a resurgence with its partnership with WWE's NXT brand, allowing talent to appear across both promotions.

  • TNA iMPACT! — AXS TV (Thursdays 8 PM ET)
  • TNA+ — TNA's own streaming service for PPVs and on-demand content
  • TNA PPVs include Slammiversary, Bound for Glory, Hard to Kill, and more

NJPW (New Japan Pro-Wrestling)

NJPW is widely considered to have the best in-ring product in the world. Based in Japan, it features a strong style that emphasizes realistic strikes and submissions alongside high-flying athleticism.

  • NJPW World — NJPW's streaming service (~$10/month). Features all live events and an extensive archive with English commentary.
  • NJPW Strong — Their US-based show, also on NJPW World
  • Major events: Wrestle Kingdom (January), G1 Climax (summer tournament), Dominion

UFC / MMA

While not professional wrestling, UFC is covered on SuplexDigest because of the massive crossover between combat sports fans. Many pro wrestlers have MMA backgrounds, and several UFC fighters have crossed over to wrestling.

  • ESPN / ESPN+ — Most UFC Fight Night events
  • PPV via ESPN+ — Numbered UFC events (UFC 300+)
  • Dana White's Contender Series — ESPN+ (Tuesdays, seasonal)

Independent & International Wrestling

The indie scene is thriving, and many of today's biggest stars came from independent promotions. Here's how to watch:

IWTV (Independent Wrestling TV)

The biggest indie streaming platform. Features GCW, Beyond Wrestling, ICW, and dozens more. ~$10/month.

ROH (Ring of Honor)

Now owned by AEW's Tony Khan. Shows stream free on the ROH YouTube channel and HonorClub.

CMLL / AAA (Mexican Lucha Libre)

CMLL streams free on YouTube. AAA events are available on Lucha Libre AAA's YouTube and select streaming platforms.

STARDOM (Japanese Women's Wrestling)

Available on STARDOM World streaming service. Features some of the best women's wrestling in the world.

YouTube & Social Media

Many indie promotions upload full matches to YouTube. GCW, RevPro, Progress, and others have active YouTube channels with free content.

Free Options

You don't need to spend money to watch wrestling. Here are legitimate free options:

  • YouTube — WWE uploads full matches, highlights, and classic episodes. AEW posts match highlights and some full matches. ROH streams full episodes.
  • Tubi — Free ad-supported streaming with some wrestling content, including classic Impact/TNA episodes.
